SEAN TOMARELLI

FOUNDER & CEO

Sean Tomarelli is the  Founder and CEO of OnConferences, an internet company that provides continuing education for executives in marketing, human resources, and legal. He previously held a leadership role with one of the world’s largest events companies.

 

With a passion to use his skills to make a lasting impact in the lives of others, he founded Youth Athletic Charity. He seeks to create opportunities for youth through sports that do not have the financial ability to participate in programs due to costs. He attributes much of his success to the the life skills that he learned through sports as a kid.

BOB SELLE

HONORARY ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEMBER

Bob Selle designs, develops and manages human capital strategy and processes for high-growth companies.  He has led culture change and organizational design for some of America's most recognized retailers. He now serves as the Chief Human Resource Officer for the northeast's premier close-out retailer Ocean State Job Lot leading a transformation that has named them a Forbes Best Midsize Employer, two years in a row.

 

He advises companies on leveraging a focus on people and their wellbeing to drive engagement, happiness, and business results. As a believer in collaboration and giving back, he is a presenter and collaborator for CHRO Online, the Corporate Executive Board HR Leadership Council, The Harvard Business Review Advisory Board, Bersin Leadership Exchange, McKinsey Executive Panel, and the Northeast Human Resource Conference.  He is a consultant  for several startups, and he sits on the Board of Job Club RI.  His extensive volunteer work includes the Rhode Island Free Clinic and mentoring at the Institute for the Study of Nonviolence.

MIKE DALLAS

HONORARY ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEMBER

Mike is Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Hewlett Packard Enterprise.  He is a 20 year veteran of HPE having been Sr. Business Hr Executive for several key Enterprise Level Business Groups and leader of broad transformation areas for HR including recent Spin, Merge and Divestiture work.  Mike has led several global HR technology and operational initiatives.  Mike is also on multiple external boards and has written and spoken in HR forums on future of HR and HR effectiveness.

KIMBERLY KLEIMAN-LEE

HONORARY ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEMBER

Kimberly served at General Electric’s corporate university - Crotonville for 7 years. In her last position, she led Culture and Leadership Learning & Development for General Electric, focused on 340,000 employees. Her honest, intuitional, and methodical approach to coaching and team interventions earned her the respect of leaders throughout GE.  She led a team that designs, develops, and curates powerful learning experiences around the globe.

She launched A Working Human Company on November 1, 2017. She, like many others, think the world is having a bit of a leadership crisis. Her new leadership development consultancy will leverage the best of innovative design, digital solutions, and outcomes based coaching to build extraordinary global leaders.

KIRSTEN JEPSON

HONORARY ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEMBER

Kirsten Jepson is currently Director, Product Marketing at TELUS International. TI is a 1.0+ Billion dollar organization.  For the past 25 years she has held senior Product Development, Marketing and Sales roles with companies like Sears, Gallo Winery, Citibank, FIS, JP Morgan Chase, and Sykes. Her goal is to discover and focus on solutions that create a satisfying experience for customers and generate revenue for organizations. She collects shark’s teeth, makes beer, and is an avid boater. She is crazy for her amazing husband Edward and her pawesome dog Lady.  She is also involved with a number of organizations that provide aid to animals.
